I embody my own perspective and no longer seek “truth”; my vision is a synthesis of all disciplines, guiding me to manifest a reality that matches my desire to evolve.  I create mesmerizing environments for public spaces, intimate interpersonal interactions through astrological readings, and meaningful spaces for individual and communal development through talks and workshops.  I enjoy directing and producing diverse projects, from complex multi-media installations and public art commissions to artists’ books, textile design, and community workshops – thus, I see no boundaries between the applied and fine arts.


I am a multi-disciplinary artist and Polymath born in Bogotá, Colombia. I studied fashion design in Rome & Paris and photography in London and NYC, arriving in Miami Beach in 2020, having moved my studio practice from New York, where I had relocated in 1994 to pursue a career in the arts.  

I am intensely curious and use an empirical, integral approach by studying and practicing one-on-one with teachers on Eastern, ancestral, and cosmological traditions as well as psychological inquiries.  I devote myself to this vocation, unbound to discipline or scope, diving into the joy of a calling, exercising the practice of observation, and building a platform with elements that will inspire dialogue.

My philosophy of life has been to infuse life with aspiration, integrate intention with attention, and non-rational with rational types of consciousness.  Coming from a lineage of female pioneers in innovative education in Colombia, I am inspired to serve through teaching what I love.  Understanding the relationship of sustainability among resources, value, and self-worth guides me in providing a platform that encourages a whimsical sort of questioning that nourishes a relationship to the essential needs that lead to authenticity.

The methodology is to become conscious of the emotional body, which guides and drives the human experience, by playful and practically applying techniques such as somatic therapy (awareness of the felt sense), empathic inquiry (deep listening), authentic relating by using a circling modality (a relational practice with the immediacy of presence rendering a state of flow), and shadow work (self-awareness on the psychological projections that mislead us to believe what we perceive as real.)

This creates a link between the symbolic (archetypal), the significance of an individual experience (perception), and the language that is forged by its relational values – and my workshops bridge these elements, integrating the intuitive language that arises from the collective unconscious.  I focus on what it means to be authentic, experiencing the material from its different vantage points, inviting beauty as a lofty expression of materiality, and the freedom felt by not trading my authenticity for safety.

Recently, I've delved into educating about what I view as one of the most significant innovations of our era: Bitcoin. To me, it embodies a state of consciousness, representing the outcome of extensive exploration in various languages and tools to align my soul with its source. Over the past two years, I've been leading study groups on Human Design and Evolutionary Astrology, empowering individuals with financial education through Bitcoin and Austrian economics—remarkable tools that underscore authenticity and freedom.

Sovereignty, for me, transcends being a mere hashtag; it's a lived practice.

I have exhibited my work (inter)nationally, including at the Rubin Museum of Art; 56th Venice Biennale representing the Vatican City-State at the Pavilion of the Holy See; The New Museum in New York; Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía; Museo de Arte del Banco de la República; and the Museo de Arte Moderno Bogotá, The 5th Seoul International Media Art Biennale; Seoul Museum of Art, South Korea; CAB [Caja de Burgos] in Spain; Site Santa Fe in New Mexico; and Stenenser Museum of Oslo, Norway.

A recipient of the Civitella Ranieri Visual Arts Fellowship, a prestigious residency program for international writers, composers, and visual artists, in Italy summer of 2021. 

Upcoming public art commissions include Ouranos, Above Us Only Sky, 2024, for the MTA Arts and Design-Digital Art Program, at Grand Central Madison which is set to engage audiences on their expansive screens next summer. Arcana for the Interdisciplinary Engineering building at the U. of Washington in Seattle. This project involves crafting a whimsical wall using vibrant glass elements that interact with metal silhouettes, creating a dynamic stage-like environment.

Installed in 2022, Folds, Fields, and Fabric is a project for the OGT BRT Public Art Project, Harrison Station, Ogden, Utah. LIMINAL, a poetic glass intervention in the Minnesota St Paul ́s International Airport; UNUS MUNDUS, by the City of Boston for a large-scale mosaic and glass mobile in the East Boston Police Headquarters. Concerning UNUS MUNDUS, I developed and implemented an innovative series of experiential workshops within the community itself that supported dialogue between the police department and community members. In recent years: INTERVAL OF TIME was commissioned by the Landmarks Public Arts program at the University of Texas, Austin, and DURATION for the Metropolitan Transport Agency (MTA) Arts design subway in New York.

The upcoming release, titled ‘The Nature of My Reality, Everything I Need Is in My Body' is set to launch in March-April 2023. Crafted over two years, this three-part, 4-color, notebook-sized journey is a product of a joint effort with Mari Budlong. Rooted in the exchange of my ongoing journaling, Mari serves as an editor, and a co-producer, playing a crucial role in shaping and synthesizing the book's structure. All illustrations and visuals are personally crafted by me.
